I have not only worked alongside Nakeia in the accounting realm, but had the pleasure to have her as our realtor. She is very knowledgeable of the industry and her experience in finance was a big help in gauging the market and pricing our home correctly. She is very thorough and stays in communication every step of the way. While we went under contract quickly there were some issues that we are so thankful her help with not only staying on top of deadlines, but catching errors that could have prevented closing. We are tremendously thankful for her help in the sale of our home.

After months and months of frustration with lenders that were leading us to nothing but dead ends, my husband and I reached out via social media and Nakeia responded saying she knows the pain of dealing with lenders that dont fight for their clients. She pointed us in the right direction! We are now Texas home owners from Pennsylvania and if not for her help, guidance and a bit of counseling along the way, I honestly dont think we would be here. Although she was not directly our realtor, she still took time to answer questions and checked in on us daily.If you want a go-getter realtor that doesnt take no for an answer, Nakeia is your gal!!!
