Nadine helped me find a wonderful house and had my back every step of the way. We lined up a ton of houses to look at together, she would point out things I didnt notice about the houses (both good and bad) and helped me consider how they would affect me as a first-time homebuyer. She was comparing the houses to the market comps at the time, and making sure I had all the information I could when making my choice. She was there for everything, was a great negotiator, had fantastic recommendations, and made the homebuying process easier and less stressful than I thought it would be! Highly recommend!

Nadine was instrumental in getting me into the best duplex I’ve ever lived in. She was responsive and personable, we bonded over our love of films. She accommodated me sending her listings into our tours and checked in with us throughout the application process. And even helped us negotiate a later move in date. If you need a realtor in Austin she can help you rent or buy and I know if I ever need to buy a house in Austin she is the one I am going to call up. I’ve sent 2 of my friends other for their housing needs and they couldn’t be happier with her.

Nadine is a great realtor and so helpful. We came to her looking for some help finding a rental in the Austin area and she quickly put together our ideal requirements and had a list of houses to us. We were not able to come look at any of them in person due to being out of state, and she went and provided us a virtual tour for any house we wanted to view. She is always responsive within the day whenever we reached out. Truly the most efficient process I have ever had finding a rental, she made our lives easy and the entire process stress free. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fantastic realtor!

She is so organized, so kind, and tries her absolute best (and succeeds nonetheless) at sticking to specifically what you’re looking for budget-wise, pet-friendly, neighborhood, size-wise, and commute-wise.
