    Mylin was the hardest-working person I have ever worked with. I was working out of town, and because of her outstanding communication skills, she was able to work with me concerning the paperwork and answered all my questions. She would answer my text questions day and night due to my demanding work schedule. She would txt, email, and call me in order to make sure I was taking care of all the paperwork needed to closeout on my new house. Mylin’s communication skills and positive attitude set her apart from other realtors.

    My wife and I decided to sell our house in Alexandria VA in March 2020 and downsize to a new home in Corpus Christi. After looking at 100s of houses on Zillow, we found a new build on Padre Island. The thing is we never saw it in person only on-line. Thats when we contacted Mylin. Shes the wife of my wifes co-workers. We asked her to look at the house for us and give us her opinion. She said it was a lovely house. And we love it! With the pandemic we knew it would take some time to move to Corpus. Mylin was our eyes on the ground for 3 months. She worked directly with our builder whenever we had any questions or requests from the builder (double oven-lol). She always answered her phone (noting the time difference) when we called (sometimes with dumb questions) and even once when she answered while on vacation with her family! We closed on May 29th 2020 and moved in on June 2nd 2020. She helped us with everything. She actually did our walkthrough and inspection with our daughter. We were so grateful we contacted Mylin and would recommend her to anyone. Mylin is professional and very responsive!
