My realtor was Morgan. I was selling my dads home and did not live in the area, having no base knowledge of home prices or the market. She gave great advice regarding what to list the home for and what she felt it would sell for- she was spot-on. Most importantly, she gave great information about what to do- and not to do - in order to make the home more attractive for sale. The home was cute and structurally sound, but needed some updates, paint and new flooring. We thought we’d need to do all that or the value would be diminished. Morgan was knowledgeable about what would help the value of the sale and what would just be our time and financial expense, but not improve the time to sale or the price. Overall, we were very happy with Morgan’s knowledge and service.

Purchasing a home, let alone your first, can put a lot of pressure on a person(s), if you are not necessarily knowledgeable of the purchasing process. I had a little entail through family members working for title companies, but was still unsure of how everything played out once the realtor, mortgage company, title company, and myself (the buyer) worked together on sealing the deal so to speak. On the realtor end, Morgan Horner was refereed to us from multiple clients she had previously worked with. We were very pleased how she explained the process & then coached us step by step on what we needed to complete on our end in regards to getting the ball rolling for a smooth & simplistic transaction. If we had any concerns or questions, Ms. Horner thoroughly answered and explained them. Morgan is a straight shooter. She will inform you of exactly what to expect throughout the entire process. She will jump through hoops to ensure she does everything in her power to keep the process moving right on track to the best of her abilities on the realtor side of things. Morgan also helped us however she could with keeping the title company and mortgage company on the same page. We closed on our dream home in 45 days with ZERO hiccups. We were so pleased and to make the entire experience even more exciting, Morgan gave us a very thoughtful first time home owners gift before handing us our keys. We couldn’t have done it without such an amazing realtor and we will be referring her and using her again on any possible future needs to do so. Thank you again Ms.Horner! Morgan cares about her clients and knows what is in their best interest and stands up for her clients to protect their selling and buying rights. She is quick to respond to calls and texts and always guides the clients through each process of selling or buying a home, which she did both for me. Morgan is pleasant to work with and always has a smile on her face!
