We are so glad that Monica was recommended to us! We were moving from Florida to Texas, looking for something specific in a certain area. There was also a time crunch as our home sold quickly. Monica listened to what we wanted and went after it. Shes not one of those agents thats just sends you all the listings available, just the ones that fall in your criteria. She worked hard and fast for us! Monica is professional, sweet, and honest. She gives you the facts and doesnt sugar coat a listing just to make the sell. I believe she truly cares about her client and their needs. Since we were out of state and unable to see houses for ourselves she physically went to them and sent us extra extra photos. When she found the house she thought was right and might sell quickly, she did an in depth FaceTime video with us, giving details and measurements. And...SOLD!She will work hard and do a great job for you too!

Monica is very professional in her real estate showings. We were very pleased with our land purchase recently and her willingness to work for us and with us during the time of negotiations,etc. She is a woman of her word, quick to respond to your questions and will perform her duties as an agent/realtor to the very best of her ability. She is a wonderful asset to the real estate world and we highly recommend her.
