My wife and I were in the market for a vacation home but were undecided on the location. It was between San Antonio, TX and Savannah, GA. In October, we visited San Antonio to look at homes and make a final decision. We met Monica Hopkins at an Open House and explained the situation to her. Monica was more than willing to work with us even knowing that we might choose not to buy in SA. We have purchased several homes over the years and worked with a few realtors. Monica is the best of them. She has a deep knowledge of the city and surrounding areas. When we toured homes, she prepared detailed written reports on each location. She set up a daily search that turned up properties that met our search criteria but often did not show up on the typical home buyer websites. We eventually decided not to buy in SA but Monica reached out to contacts in Savannah and put us in touch with a local realtor to work with there. In the end, my only regret about choosing Savannah is that we couldnt finish the deal with Monica. She is a great real estate agent and truly a pleasure to work with.

To anyone looking for a house, ranch or lot, I highly recommend Monica Hinkle-Hopkins. From the time we met she showed her professionalism by letting me know that she wanted to make sure that the home I WANTED was the most important thing for her. I have bought homes in the past and most Realtors push you into buying what they want and not what the client wants. We met and she first asked what I was looking for. She then showed me many houses until I found what I wanted. Buying a house is a hassle but she made it smooth and easy. Instead of scaring me, she calmed me and took my anxiety away by given me options. I felt I was in control but with a professional guide who lighted my path. No scare tactics at all. Her style is unique. She wants to make sure that you are in love with the most important investment in your life. We are super happy in our new home. We are from California but we are in love with Texas. Thank you Ms. Hopkins.
