Im a notoriously undecisive buyer and I was concerned the home buying journey would be a painful and stressful process. So much that I delayed and put off the decision to buy a home until it was an absolute necessity.That necessity came in the form of my wife and I expecting our first child. The baby due date was the week our lease was ending. Moe, who had previously, and generously, walked me through the home buying process, was my first call.Moe dealt with my wife and I with empathy, urgency, and he showed genuine interest in making sure we were confident in not only our first home, but comfortable and excited about the home we would welcome our first child in.Moe broke every rule I thought realtors lived by. All in he showed us probably 40 homes. He worked with our schedule. Meeting with us after working hours, nights and weekends.He advocated for us with sellers, builders, agents and the like and made sure wherever we went we were given space and treated as well as possible.We walked away from the entire experience with a home, a baby, and a lifelong friend in Moe.

Where do you start when reviewing the ultimate package? Purchasing a home in today’s world is one of the most intimidating experiences. The roller coaster of emotions you will go through is unmatched and I had no idea what I was in for until I was strapped in and riding the ride. Neil made the track clear and held my hand through the entire whirlwind.Neil knows what to look for in a home, he knows Austin like the back of his hand, and listened to exactly what we were looking for. He showed us over 50 houses and was available at the drop of hat. He followed up with any information we needed from the sellers and saved us from hidden disasters such as foundation issues and FUTURE flood plain regulation changes. Changes that were not yet public, but he went above and beyond and made sure we were not running into any surprises.Neil is a relator that will metaphorically and physically climb mountains for you. I chose Neil because he was initially someone who I could spend hours with while driving and looking at properties, but he ended being one of the most knowledgeable and determined humans I have ever been in contact with. He ended up being the best choice I could have asked for and I am beyond happy with my new home and home buying experience. If you are looking for the entire package.
