When I first contacted Michael Shultz for help in finding a home I was absolutely lost in where to even begin. I had no clue what area I wanted to be in, what style of house, how big of a house, or even how much I was wanting to spend. The only items I had for must haves were a home office, a garage big enough to park my truck in, a backyard big enough for my three bird dogs. Michael quickly got to work and we started looking at house after house, for someone that had zero idea of what they were really wanting I was extremely picky and Michael worked with me and pivoted with me. We eventually started the discussion of possibly building a home that would be perfect, as we found a large acreage property that I fell in love with but I was on a time crunch and needed to find somewhere quickly. Which is when Michael suggested finding a home in an area that I’d be able to live in while we planned and built my dream custom home that I could either keep as a rental property or easily sell.
