Mitzi is a wonderful agent and goes out of her way to help locate a forever home for her clients. She is attentive to every detail and fabulous at scheduling viewings of homes and properties. She also goes out of her way to get answers to any questions you may have about a home or property that interests you. Mitzi Birdsong is the professional realtor that you wish youd known your entire adult property-buying-and-selling-life. She made the entire process of listing, agreeing on a sale, and closing our property painless. Mitzi clearly communicated what her responsibilities were, what she needed from us and when, and what to expect at each phase of the process. Although it wasnt our first time selling real estate, its not something we do on a regular basis, so her clear (and non-condescending) explanations were both appreciated and refreshing. Why refreshing? Well, Mitzi was our Hill Country agent at the same time that we were selling another property in a different part of the state -- so we had the serendipitous experience of working with 2 different realtors at about the same time. Where we were often left guessing at what was happening during the other process, Mitzi was proactive and clear. Where we felt pressured in the other process, Mitzi offered her professional advice, worked up what if scenarios at various price points, and *never* pressured us to do anything. Mitzi was well-worth her commission and if we still lived in Central Texas, I would buy her a beer whenever I had the opportunity to. I wholeheartedly recommend Mitzi.

I tend to be skeptical about real estate agents because I have seen some bad ones in my day. Thankfully Mitzi was what you would hope to find in a realtor and more! We were trying to buy a lot in an area that was close to 4 hours away from us. Mitzi made it as easy as possible and kept us encouraged throughout the lengthy search process. She always listened to what we wanted instead of pushing us to what she thought was best. I could go on and on but overall she was fabulous and we would highly recommend her to anyone in a second, unless we didnt think they were worthy of her :)

Mitzi was fantastic to work with! She was very knowledgeable, caring, helpful and a pleasure to be around. As a first-time homebuyer, she was very good at keeping me calm and up to date on anything I needed to do. I also enjoyed her messages of “You are caught up. I’ll be in touch when the next step comes.” I ALWAYS felt she was there to support me, guide me, and never steer me in the wrong direction. What a gem to have had her as my realtor! Not only did I gain a forever-relator, but someone I know I could call upon if I was ever in need. I am so grateful for your help.
