I have had the opportunity to watch Misty with her clients and the drive she has to get them the best deal quickly And effectively over the years. I finally found a house I wanted to buy myself and I knew who I was calling. Two days later that house was under contract. All closing costs paid, I even got money back and $10000 off asking price. She will fight for you and her knowledge of San Antonio is superior to any other realtor I’ve worked with. Choosing Misty as your realtor is a no brainer. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!My partner and I are first time home buyers and Misty has been with us since the beginning. We were coming from out of state and were nervous about seeing homes virtually but she put us at ease. If a home was bad she did not sugar coat, she told us how it was. She made it clear from the start she would keep looking until she found us our dream home and she did. Our home checks every box and more! New builds can sometimes be a gamble with the builders having deadlines but Misty worked with the construction manager and an inspector to ensure our home was perfect for our new family. There are realtors; then there is Misty.We are clients that trauma bonded with Misty when my husband and I first met her during the post-pandemic housing market apocalypse of 2020 at an open house on Buttermilk Ln.If youre wondering why Im writing this review in 2023, its not because I was deployed or had to research vaccines for 2 years causing a delay in my search for a home (although Misty has helped tons of veterans find homes!). It legitimately took us almost 3 years to decide on an ideal home amidst the long list of our first home checklist in a competitive market.We were picky with a capital P but Misty was also patient and professional with capital Ps! She matched our energy but delivered when negotiating was necessary. And not once did we feel like Misty was pressuring us because she understood that this was a significant life decision.I could leave a longer review but I have to pack because I have a new home to move into!!!

I had made the decision to move to San Antonio from California and I needed an agent. I was referred to the Twin Brother Property Group by a friend where I had the good fortune of meeting Misty Lopez virtually which was how I was buying my house. We were referred to Misty by our friends a couple months before moving to San Antonio. When we arrived we hit the ground running and spent a couple days looking at both preexisting and new builds. We were kind of all over the place with the things we wanted but she was able to gauge what was really important to us. By the third day we were able to get into contract with a home that checked all the boxes. We got all closing costs covered by the builder and even got $8K off the sale price.We really enjoyed working with Misty. I met Misty Rose Lopez at an open house she was conducting on a Saturday morning. I left my contact information on the sign in sheet at the door. The following Monday she called asking if she could help me find a new home.After having a couple of bad experiences with two previous Realtors, one for continually not responding in a prompt manner and the other for wanting me to overlook critical issues on an inspection report, I fell very fortunate to have found Misty Rose Lopez as my Realtor. She was very through and professional and great to work with. She was always willing to show houses at my convenience and had a knowledge of the home when I arrived. She has the ability to look at a house and evaluate it’s condition.
