Mission First Property Group is a local real estate agency here in El Paso Texas. Its a sub vertical of Livian Texas and Keller Williams. Christy, the CEO, is a Top 5% Realtor in El Paso and frequently in the state. Shes licensed in both Texas and New Mexico. Mariana, another realtor, is born and raised here in the borderlands and knows this place inside and out - with deep roots both in El Paso and Juarez Mexico (se habla espanol)My wife and I were finally set to buy our first home ever - and Christy made that happen! From start to finish she was there for us every step of the way, as was the entire team of Transaction Coordinators working on her behalf. We were never left unsupervised or left holding the bag during our first ever home buying experience. We were able to buy a brand new build in an exclusive luxury community, and Christy made sure we had the right lender, with the right APR, with the right incentives ($8k cash from builder), with the right inspections / follow ups and even made them through in a garage door opener! All of that + we brought $0 cash-to-close. How? Christy made sure we were checking the right blocks and working with the right folks.In the last 2.5 years Christy has sold over 125 homes just here in the borderland.
