My girlfriend and I couldnt have had a better experience than what we had with our wonderful realtor, Miriam! We are so grateful that she was referred to us as she truly made our first home-buying experience completely stress free. She was very detail oriented, answered any questions or concerns we had immediately, and worked around our crazy schedule, even going out of her way at times. Miriam clearly knows the industry well and is a true professional while also being such a friendly and positive person, we were comfortable right from the start. Working with Miriam McCarty was an absolute great experience. We are first time homebuyers and she guided us every step of the away. She educated us on the ins and outs of home-buying and next steps after closing. On top of being so experienced and informative, she was so pleasant and extremely patient with us. She is very professional but makes you feel comfortable and relaxed with the entire process. Miriam never pushed us one way or another and was always available to answer any question we had. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement, because she truly cares about your entire home buying experience. We still talk about how blessed we were to have been connected with her! I can’t wait to work with her again in the future, she’s absolutely amazing at what she does!

Miriam is a dedicated real estate professional whether buying or selling. We really felt that she had our best interests and wishes on her radar. We have worked with Miriam on both sides. When we were buying she was excellent in helping us to find the right place. When selling she was very professional and passionate in showing our home and relating to possible buyers, she represented us exceptionally. Both selling and buying can be a very stressful time but we found that Miriam worked hard on our behalf and we could rest in knowing we were in good hands. Without a doubt we would recommend Miriam.

From start to finish, Miriam was amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and moved quickly on any property I showed interest in. She let me go at my own pace and never pressured me during moments when I was second-guessing myself. She understood that I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and she literally went through the process of figuring it out with me. No matter how many houses we saw, she never made me feel like she didn’t have time for more. I appreciated so much her reassurance to me constantly that we would find the one and we did! So grateful to have had Miriam by my side through this stressful, emotional, exciting process. I trust her completely and look forward to using her in the future for my real estate needs.

Miriam was fantastic. This was definitely a difficult market as many offers were going out and it had me feeling discouraged. She assured me I would find the home of my dreams. She was honest and upfront, and also batted for me when it came to put the offer in. When it got tough, she kept her cool and also reassured me things would work out. I dont know how she did it, but she helped me reach this long goal of mine and I am eternally grateful. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Miriam helped me find the house of my dreams. She always found a way to be available when I was. Once I found the house, she helped me every step of the way, which was wonderful as I had never bought a house before and would have been totally lost. At the very end of the process, we still needed one paper to come from probate, that seemingly got stuck in the system. She never gave up. She called and called until she got it pushed through. If not for her persistence, we would still be waiting. I would very highly recommend her for your next home purchase.
