Mickey was 15 out of 10! Fairly new to Texas I needed guidance, patience, and knowledge to find the right home in the school zone I chose for my son. It was also important to me to find a safe and family-oriented community. Mickey’s experience and deep understanding of the market were invaluable. He was always available. If I texted him a question or an update he would often respond in 2 minutes or less. When we found the perfect home Mickey went over and beyond to give me the absolute best chance that the owner would accept my application. We are now in that home, in a safe and family-oriented community and my son attends the school I chose. After 3 months of being in the home, he’s even checked in and asked how was my son’s first day of school. When you choose to work with Mickey (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) he will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. after you finish, he will give you his opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered. If you are like me and quality, professionalism, and delivery is most important Mickey Lawrence is the crème de la crème of real estate agents.

Amazing realtor! Mickey was very personable and went the extra mile to make sure I was handled property by the builder and got the best financing. My closing went seamless!
