Michelle helped us sell our house recently, even though the market has been turbulent. She was very open and communicative(always available to listen to our concerns, calls and texts frequently throughout the entire process, never leaving us hanging), alleviating our worries with her knowledge and experience. Selling a house was still stressful, but she made the situation more pleasant.She was also there during closing and was a very hands-on realtor. When I recently became widowed, I decided to sell my too large house. I realized that I knew very little about how to go about it. Several neighbors highly recommended Michelle as a local realtor. After meeting her and spending about an hour talking, I knew I wanted her to sell my house. Michelle was incredibly helpful to me in every step of the way, as she first listened carefully, asked great questions and answered every question I had. She definitely made my life more bearable during the process of selling, and I am so grateful to her. I felt I could count on her to be totally honest with me; she was highly skilled in her job, always available when I needed help, and when I decided to move before my home sold, Michelle stepped in and took over the care and upkeep of my home, from the day I left to the day when I was able to close from another state. She made me see what had to be done to make my house sell, and she was willing to oversee the work. This was a hard time for me, and I know that this sale would not have gone so smoothly if not for her professionalism, support and guidance. Michelle was with me from day one through the settlement process and she went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend her.

Trust! In my opinion, every seller or buyer is looking for a Realtor they can trust through the entire process as it is extremely lengthy and complicated to those of us that do not know the business. As her client, she listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and simply put me at ease and I confidently handed her the reigns to my first home that I cherished for sentimental value. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable in her field, she is up to date in ALL and any change in rules and regulations specifically during this COVID19 pandemic, and will do whatever it takes to deliver! Its hard to sum up all of Michelles great qualities but Ill say this, we would not have closed on our sale or buying of our houses without her. When the market is chaos, you want the realtor whos proactive, professional and everyone respects. You know shes doing something right when the other realtors in the deal lean to her for direction!
