Michael was incredible from start to finish! We were first time house renters and had ton of questions going into the experience. Not only did Michael help us get settled in the beautiful house were now renting, he was incredibly informative, thorough, and patient in answering every question we had throughout the whole process. He was exceptional in communicating with us via calls, texts, and emails making sure we were well-informed of everything (deadlines, rental prices, market trends, etc.) in a timely manner as well as providing a ton of resources to help us make the best decision. The entire time we felt our needs and wants for a house were being heard and met when working with Michael, and I would recommend him to anyone I know in a heartbeat!

I have met several realtors along the way, the difference between Mike and the rest is Mike cares, he’s meticulous, attentive, ethical, and always available to answer questions. If he doesn’t know the answer he will do the research and find out. Purchasing a house or a piece of land is a serious investment with risk. I was so impressed with my experience with Michael Perez that I am most thrilled to write of my experiences in the land transaction I had with Michael Perez. To start off....I am a retired Realtor from Texas and practiced for 30 years in the Texas Hill Country so I have had lots of years dealing with many realtors. I did not know any realtors in the Lockhart/Luling area and foremost any realtor that had an inkling as to land within the oil and gas community. The property I wanted to sell was way beyond my knowledge of the area and value. I picked several names to call in the area and Mike was the first to answer my call. I gave him the info that I had on the property, which was not much, as I had inherited it 12 yrs ago. I had many letters from investors wanting to buy it and their prices were all over the board. When I first spoke to Mike (within 30 minutes of when I left my number), he said he would go preview the property and do a market analysis for me. Within a day or two, he had previewed the property and the market analysis was sent to me. He also had to do some research through names that I had given to him and that too was completed. He listed the property and within a week we had a contract with other buyers also inquiring. We closed within a month of listing at which time was for title commitment and survey. It was an eye-opening experience of the first degree of his knowledge and professionalism. He guided me through the whole transaction. I had been retired from real estate for 7 years and his guidance was absolutely paramount to the success of this sale. Thank you again Mr. Perez...you have made my life easier in my retirement.
