From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to show us all the of the Dallas Texas area.What stood out the most was his deep knowledge of the local market and his commitment to showing us around. He patiently showed us numerous homes, each in a different neighborhood, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. My wife and I are first time homeowners and never in a million years we would think we would buy a property halfway across the US without first physically seeing the property prior to making an offer. This process was seamless with Michael as our agent. He was very flexible in meeting with us when we visited Dallas for a quick, holiday weekend vacation. He understood our situation, our goals, he answered all of our questions, opened up our eyes to things we didn’t even consider, and made recommendations that suited our needs.When a property came up that met our needs, he was quick to reach out to the listing agent to gather as much information for us, walk us through the details of the property, and shoot a high quality video of the property (with commentary) as if we were there right next to him. Everything was personalized in the video. Since he knew our needs, he made sure to pay close attention to the areas/items that would be very important for us. When it was time to make an offer, he was able to put us in the best position to win the house.After the offer was accepted, it was off to the races to close and that process was not even remotely close to being stressful. His team made sure our lender had everything they needed and his team checked in with us on the entire process. It was quite comforting to know we were in good hands and things are moving smoothly.Closing on this house was a monumental occasion for us and it would not be possible without Michael and his team. We highly, highly, highly recommend Michael and his team if you are even pondering the idea of potentially moving to the Dallas area. I would give Michael a 10 star rating but we are limited to 5 on this review platform. Thanks again to Michael and team!Forgot to mention, his Youtube videos online were extremely helpful not from just an informational standpoint but from a personal perspective. We were able to watch at our own time and pace, and it really helped us in familiarizing ourselves with the area, the market, the pros and cons, the lifestyle, and allowed us to gain a perspective from his personal experiences with the area. It definitely takes a lot of time and energy to create content like this and I have to give it up to Michael for going above and beyond to create this content for anyone to consume while fulfilling all his duties as an agent.
