We had the pleasure of working with Meredith on two transactions: purchasing a house and also selling a house. We cant say enough great things about Meredith and her entire team at HeyDay. She had an incredible amount of knowledge of the Austin housing market. I’m so glad I had Meredith as my real estate agent for my first home buying experience! The process was incredibly easy and fast- it took about one month from house hunting to closing. I never once felt rushed or felt like I was making decisions without all the information. Meredith gave us helpful insight about all the potential neighborhoods we were looking at and never once pressured us or forced her opinion (unless we asked for it). Not only that, Meredith has an awesome eye for detail and design, and gave us invaluable advice on how we could make improvements to a home to increase the value of it. She also has partnerships with amazing lenders, builders, designers, etc so you’re pretty much covered throughout the entire process, even after you purchase your home. On the day we closed, she even gave us a lovely gift bag with a charcuterie board, Yeti cups, a bottle of wine, and other goodies. So tasteful! I have worked with Meredith twice now, first on the purchase of our home and years later on the sale of the same. There is no one we would trust to handle our property more than Meredith and her team. They are professional, timely, well organized, and never pushy. I always felt like I had the support of experts, and I was given guidance on what I needed to do every step of the way. The true test of recommending someone is if you would work with again yourself. Well, I have and would again, and my only regret is that since we moved, shes not available to help us buy our next home.

Not only did she find us the absolutely PERFECT home for our family in the midst of a pandemic in one of the hottest markets in the country, as if thats not enough, she welcomed us here in a genuinely warm way, was patience with us as we looked at numerous houses online before and in person once we arrived, and didnt leave us to our own devices even after we closed. She has stayed close every step of the way and we wouldnt be moving into our dream home in the new year without her (significant) efforts. Meredith is awesome! We moved to Austin in July 2022 and Meredith took us under her wing in our house hunting journey. I can’t say enough good things about Meredith. She stepped in as we were moving across the country and managed the work of getting our house ready to sell after we were gone. She was available and patient while we were at peek stress levels. Meredith had no problem coordinating cleaners and other vendors, and even contributed some of her own elbow grease, so that our house looked its absolute best when it went on the market. Her knowledge of house presentation was expert and invaluable— we couldn’t believe how great the house looked by the time it was listed! Neither could the buyers as it ended up with dozens of offers, a situation Meredith again guided us through with patience, understanding, and expert knowledge. On top of it all, she’s a joy to work with and a great communicator! We had a seamless, very successful home sale experience thanks to her. After having mediocre (and even negative) experiences working with other real estate agents in the past, Meredith was truly a breath of fresh air. Shes incredibly helpful, never pushy, and obviously cares about her clients.As soon as we made the decision to sell, Meredith made herself available immediately and got to work on doing everything she could to get us ready for sale.I had pretty low expectations for the process, but Meredith went above and beyond, offering her full support along the way. It was clear that she was totally in control over the entire process, that she was incredibly experienced, and that she was going to help do what was best for us.And even though our home was on the cheaper end of Austin realty, Meredith treated us like we were her one and only clients. When we finally found the place we liked, she was always there from getting us the best offer to inspection to diligently following up with the sellers agent on the fixes (she literally even went in to the attic to check the repairs), all while we were still in California. When we actually found a discrepancy in the disclosed square footage of the home, she pulled her strings to get it validated, and then fought for us and got the seller to lower the sale price based on the new information days before the close. I am sure most agents would have tried to convince the buyers to move forward at the original sale price but she didnt (Meredith, Thank you!!!). More than a month after the close, she continues to help us with any questions we have. We never felt that we were going through the whole process remotely. Meredith really went above and beyond our expectations, and made our move to Austin smooth!
