My husband and I have been SO fortunate to have met Melissa Collier, a Realtor here in East Texas. I have spoken to other Realtors, but there was none like her. She was ALWAYS on her game!My husband and I were so impressed by her professionalism! I even reached out to her later about refinancing our home after living here for 2 years, and she gave me advice. I told her our appraiser wanted our home re-painted and new carpet in the living room as conditions for our re-finance. She said her husband is also in Construction and owns All Star Exteriors (a very professional construction company in the area, 5*), and Melissa had his crew paint my house and re-carpet my living room to meet the required conditions for my refinance to go through! SHE really goes ABOVE and beyond for ALL her clients.I feel I have made a friend for life in Melissa Collier. Whether you need her for Real Estate, or advice with anything.. she is always there! First of all Melissa Collier is the sweetest person ever.We used Melissa for buying a piece of land to build our forever home on as well as sell the home we lived in.We told Melissa what we were looking for and she got on it.
