Melessa is a fantastic agent! We used her to both sell and purchase a home in March 2022. The home that we sold was less than a year old, and we were concerned that we would lose a lot of our equity that we put into it, but Melessa was very skilled with the listing, and effectively got a bidding war going! She listened to our needs and advocated for us at every turn, getting us the PERFECT offer on the sale of our home! When we were ready to purchase, we were contingent which made it risky as buyers, but again, Melessa fought hard for us and got us exactly what we wanted! It’s clear that Melessa has the experience and knowledge to get you exactly what you want, and to make the process as smooth as possible. Buying and selling can be a stressful process, and Melessa made it so easy for us. She truly cares about her clients! Even now, months after working with her, she delivers goody baskets for our kids and invites her clients to pool parties, because she pours into her clients and doesn’t just see us as dollar signs. We loved working with Melessa, and although we don’t plan on moving anytime soon, we would ABSOLUTELY use her again if we needed to! Melessa and I have been working together while Ive been trying to find a house for a little over 3 years. Between career changes and let gos, its been a bumpy ride finding the perfect home. Melessa was always sending me houses that I might like in areas I might like and within my budget. She was very proactive to the point that the house we purchased wasnt even listed to the public yet! Melessa reached out to the selling agent and got us a showing BEFORE it went public, we made an offer and we now have an amazing home. With the current competitive market, we would have never gotten into our home without her help! She is knowledgable, has a lot of resources in her pocket and continues to answer and questions we have to this day.

Melessa helped my wife and I with both selling and buying a home, and she far exceeded my expectations. I was super nervous about the whole ordeal, especially with the market as crazy as it was. Our home was shown daily on social media platforms and presented on live stream showings.
