Absolutely, hands down an amazing experience working with Melanie. Throughout the homebuying process, she made sure my wife and I were well informed, at every step. We were out-of-state and planning to move back to Texas, so we needed someone who could show us homes remotely, taking care of a lot of the groundwork we would have normally done ourselves. She had absolutely no problems with this, showing us any properties in which we were interested. She used video clips and Zoom meetings to show us homes, highlighting any issues she noted. She was timely and thoughtful in all of her feedback and recommendations, providing us with all of the info we needed to comfortably make our decision. Our purchase was sight unseen, but through Melanies eyes and methods we were able to make a decision on our purchase, as if we had seen the home ourselves. She was with us from start to finish, negotiating with potential sellers until we found the right property. Our arrival at our new home only served to confirm what a wonderful job she did. Everything was just as she described and we couldnt be happier with the results. Working with Melanie and Veterans United has been an extraordinary experience and has allowed my wife and I to truly enjoy the entire process of getting into our new home.
