We would not have found our dream home without the expertise and patience that Meghna had to offer. Meghna sat down with us during our initial appointment and laid out the entire process. She described the process in a way that made sense to us and made sure we understood each step along the way. Her communication between us and the seller was always timely and professional. She made sure to keep us in the loop 100% of the way. My husband and I felt we could count on her to guide us in the right direction and make sure we knew and understood the legality of buying an house. My husband and I could not have asked for a more helpful or supportive realtor for our first home buying experience! From the moment we connected through closing, Meghna was there every step of the way. She was so patient with us as we figured out what we liked and didn’t, and even more patient once we found the house for us and needed guidance to secure it. She is trustworthy, reliable and practical. She also has a great cohort of references, and we knew that going with her recommendations for things like inspectors, pest control, etc would be in our best interest. As a first time home buyer, the process was a new experience for me and my wife. From the very start, Meghna explained the process to us and was there with us every step of the way.When we were searching for homes, Meghna would send us a list houses that fitted our criteria daily, would arrange viewings around our schedule and was very accommodating. When we did decide to our an offer for our home, she explained the process very clearly and what was expected of us and the sellers and what timeframe.
