She was incredibly accommodating to our work schedules and toured many homes with us until we found the right fit.     Meghan is the best. We purchased two homes with her. She makes sure we are are not overpaying in the current hot market. She negotiated for us and was willing to virtually show us homes when we could not make it out to the listings. We are pretty picky pool shoppers and we have come out with some great pool homes.After posting this review we went and purchased a third home with her. She also sold one home for us. She is the type of realtor that will go out of her way to help get the listing closed.

    Meghan was absolutely phenomenal! This woman knows her stuff!!! I was truly impressed with the knowledge she displayed regarding the areas I was looking for a home, the entire lending process, the functionality of a home, etc... Buying a home is an extremely stressful process so having someone who can answer your questions and is up front with you, at all times, is essential. When I low-balled on a home that I really wanted, she let me know, very respectfully, what had gone wrong. When I was willing to buy a home just to be done with the process, she let me know that was not the best way to feel about buying a home.I honestly don’t think there was a question she couldn’t answer. Because I did not buy a new build, there were issues with the home I bought because I fell absolutely in love with it. Meghan was the one who handled all the back and forth with having those issues handled before I closed and moved in. All the headaches were handled through her, after she conferred with me, then she would follow up with me during the process to get my input and let me know the status.I am an extremely satisfied customer, and hopefully friend, who had the best experience with one of the most important investments in my life.
