We highly recommend McKee Smith, Realtor! We began the process of selling our home by McKee first doing a Comparative Market Analysis on our home in March 2023. We then had a sit-down meeting with McKee to discuss home repairs/painting, removal of clutter, and documentation of past equipment replacement and home repairs. By July 2023 we had everything ready to show the house. He even arranged for a landscaper to get our front yard into curb appeal shape. McKee then brought in a professional photographer to take pictures and flythrough videos of the home. McKee then utilized social media, MLS Listing, and even postcards to our neighbors to get the word out about our home. McKee had two weekends of open houses on July 8 & 9 and July 15 & 16. Only 12 days after our house was formally put on the market, we had a contract.
