As a military family getting ready to move from Germany to Fort Hood, we were very interested in buying a house. My wife reached out on a house that ultimately didn’t work out, but what did was our contact with Melissa. Melissa became our realtor and helped us put offers on multiple homes, gave us virtual walkthroughs, and kept in constant contact with us even though there was a seven hour time difference. Ultimately, Melissa was able to get us into a new build in the perfect neighborhood. Melissa was an amazing real estate agent from start to finish before we even signed a contract for her she took us to four different houses to look around and when we did find a house we liked and enjoyed she made the process with the sellers extremely easy she got us everything that we wanted plus even got repairs done to the house that we didnt think was possible she gave us an update every day and at the end of the process she even got us a gift for our new home she even messaged us on her vacation so shes very dedicated overall amazing woman would recommend her 10 out of 10 and if I buy another house it will only be through her.

My wife and I met Paul Podhorn through a request on Realtor.com. When we met him we know he was the PERFECT person to help us find our new home. This was our first home and the process was so foreign to us. Paul made it so easy for us to understand everything and helped guide us in the right direction to get the most bang for our buck. We are a military family (active and veteran couple) and he understood this to the core. Finding someone who was so flexible with us was key and he did just that. His various connections and pride in a happy customer ensured the home buying process was completed in 3 weeks from start to finish. This was my first experience in purchasing a house. My search extended from Waco, Texas to Boerne, down I-35. In addition, to Fredericksburg and Kerrville. My searches were through the internet, I saw nothing, in person. Out of all of the agents I encountered Paul Podhorn was the most professional, most helpful, and personable. He sent listings, sent videos os houses from his cell phone, and suggested property that I was interested in. He didn’t just sell me a house, he helped me find a house I wanted. Buying my first home was definitely a scary and exciting experience. Paul was with me every step of the way showing me house after house and giving me the knowledge that he has gained over the years selling houses. What to look for, what to ask, and how to go about everything.
