    My wife and I just purchased a new home. Mauricio was our agent, and it was a great experience. He is easy to reach, easy to talk to, punctual, prompt with delivering documents, and he isnt pushy. You get the sense that he is more eager to meet the needs of his client(s) than eager to make a sale (which was refreshing). Even after the sale, Mauricio was able to put us in touch with trustworthy vendors for everything from our home warranty company to a painter to cleaning services. When it comes time to sell this home and find another, we will hire him, no doubt about it.

    This is the second time we have used Mauricio in a real estate transaction and we were equally as pleased with Mauricio in the selling of our home as we were with the purchasing of the home. Mauricio was able to sell our home quickly (in a few days while we were on vacation, no less -- all while lovingly taking care of our hens) and at the price we were hoping for. He is very reasonable and honest with other realtors which is why I feel the negotiations during the option period proceeded without a hitch. Mauricio takes the time to get to know his clients, and because of this friendship, I completely trusted his opinions, which were always to the benefit of my family. And finally, his knowledge of the area and market is unsurpassed. Thank you Mauricio!

    We contracted with Mauricio and Boyd 2 Boyd to sell our home in March, 2015. We had lived in the house for 16 years and it had been built in 1980. It was a lot of work to make sure the house would compete on the market. Mauricio was invaluable in letting us know what definitely had to be upgraded, what needed beautifying, and what wasnt necessary to redo. He was very communicative through the entire process. When I had a meltdown prior to closing while we were trying to move 16 years worth of junk out of the house, he was patient, understanding, and kind. He even showed up the next day to help. Above and beyond! He was wonderful.

    We contracted with Mauricio Mac Gregor of Keller and Williams to sell our home in Dripping Springs last July. We wanted our property marketed as unique property as it was a custom house on a unique 2.5 acre view lot with many upgrades and additions.Additionally, with all of the fine art and collectables inside the home, we did not want an access to the home from a universal/traditional lock box access. Mauricio was able to not only satisfy our requirement, but also did an excellent job of marketing our property through the enlistment of a professional photographer and generation of a very detailed and effective multi-paged marketing flyer that described all of the properties attributes.This property sold in approximately one weeks time. We thank Mauricio for the professionalism and dedication that he provided us, and if ever needed, we would never hesitate to use his services again.

    We have used Mauricio for our last two real estate transactions.Mauricio held our hand and walked us through the purchase of a very complicated high end short sale . His professionalism and attention to detail are what led us to use him when we purchased a condo for our daughter a year latter. Our daughters condo was more modest in price, yet Mauricio handled both transactions. with extreme professionalism. We never hesitate to refer him to family and friends. Mauricio is a gem.

He helped out with ideas for keeping the yard clean and hint on how to keep the house in a presentable condition for viewing.Mauricio worked with me to get the price I wanted and with a minimal disruption to my life as the house was being shown.     Over the years my wife and I have moved many times and each time we used a different Realtor. We did this because during every transaction there always seemed to be something not right, something that needed to be handled that wasnt. Were very proactive, hands-on buyers and sellers and never really came across a Realtor who worked as hard as we did, until we met Mauricio.To tell you that he is hands-on would be a gross understatement. He is fully invested in the transaction, doing whatever needs to be done in timely fashion. Mauricio handled both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our current home. The previous home had some issues that the buyers wanted taken care of before they took possession. Mauricio came over on several occasions, put on his Handyman Hat and helped me fix things that needed to be fixed. Truly hands-on.Mauricio was present at every important date in both transactions and set aside plenty of time to make sure we were fully informed of every detail and answered every question. There was never any pressure or rushing during what is typically a high stress life event.The marketing from Boyd and Boyd was incredible. Our home was photographed in the early evening with the soft lighting, it looked like a model home you see in magazines. There was a full exterior view done by a drone and an outstanding 3D virtual tour done by Matterport.Our home sold in 4 days.If anyone reading this review is hesitating at all in using Mauricio as your Realtor that would be a mistake. You will be impressed, trust me.We believe we have finally found our forever home but if circumstances change and we do end up moving or acquiring additional properties Mauricio will be our first call.

    If I could find a 6th star I would add it. Mauricio has been fantastic in our search to find a dream property near Austin.My wife and I were looking for a long term home with many features and were in no rush.. not the ideal first clients. We found BoydBoyd on the internet and were introduced to Mauricio. From the first meeting he was genuine, focused and understanding. He was not pushing properties we didnt like and really listened to our interests.. He got to know us as a couple and started finding great properties. We live in Hong Kong so most of our interaction was virtual and he did great. Several occasions I had sent a trusted friend and builder to fly in and look at properties.. Mauricio took care of transport, showing and all details. It was a huge relief. We finally found our perfect land and our now building our own EcoRanch and couldnt be happier. I have done a lot of property deals and I can say Mauricio is the best I have worked with...

    My experience was second to none. Mauricio located a few places within our parameters and made appointments for us to see them the next day. After looking at the choices, we made an offer for our top choice that day. On the following day, we negotiated the price and closing date to our benefit.
