Choosing Matt as our realtor was one of the best choices we ever made. We asked him to sell our house and find us a new house before our baby arrived and he delivered above and beyond. The stars aligned when a friend of a friend recommended Matt as our agent. We were moving across the country to Fort Worth, a city we loved to visit but were naive to the neighborhoods and residential areas. He was efficient, well prepared and patiently helped us vet the location and type of home we were looking for. Not only was working with him great, the outcome was as well! We found our dream home and with his help we were under contract quickly in a competitive market. Matt was so amazing to work with. He was so patient with us and always sought to understand exactly what we were looking for. He was so encouraging when we were tempted to settle. Instead of capitalizing on our impatience to make a sale, he always encouraged us that what we were looking for was out there and we could find it! We were never waiting around to hear back from him when wanting to schedule a house visit and when it came time to put an offer on a house, he fought for us in such a kind and fair way throughout the whole option period! He did his research and was able to advocate for us to the sellers in a way that made them feel respected and us feel comfortable. I truly cannot imagine having been through this process without him. We will never use anyone else!
