The best! . Mary Ellen is by far the most experienced and knowledgeable agent Ive ever dealt with. She respond quickly to our numerous questions and maintained patience and professionalism throughout the process.This was not the easiest sell because of the financing options available to a uninhabitable home. She went out of her way to arrange and secure financing to include, an improvement loan with a local bank. She worked with us to generate ways to increase interest and viewings of the property.
