Youll never need another realtor after working with Markee Groves (truly, we are Markee for-lifers). The house buying and selling experience is a stressful process, but with Markee in your corner, you can be assured that there is someone fighting for your best interest in all matters. She has helped us to buy two homes and sell one and she was with us every step of the way going above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Buying and selling a house can also be intimidating, but Markee is so good at what she does and is so knowledgeable about the process and the market, you know that she is going to protect you at every corner which will put you at ease during what can be a stressful time. Markee communicates incredibly well, not just with her clients but also with everyone who is involved with the process. This is vital in a realtor in order to help move things along and execute quickly! She was just as eager as us to get going and sell/find a home and she executed this flawlessly. It never seemed like either job was too big and she was able to negotiate beneficial deals, on both ends, that ultimately left my family and I better off. She answers the phone 24/7 and does not take days off. Truly, I never once felt abandoned or lost throughout my move between residencies thanks to Markees attention to detail and organization. Lastly, Markee is able to work well with others involved so timelines are met quickly and efficiently. I dont even know where to begin with Markee Groves Realtor Texas. From our very first message exchange she has been friendly and sweet. Once we met and she showed us homes and we officially hired her as our realtor, it was easy to see that we made the right choice. She showed u s so many homes, even on her birthday! She put offers in immediately as we asked. She was quick with documents that needed to be signed, she had a GREAT referral for everything along the way. (Lender, inspections, surveys, title, etc.) She was always there for us and honestly, has became a friend of our families. I cannot recommend her enough.

Best realtor ever! Markee went above and beyond to help us find the right home. We were first time homeowners and she walked us through all the steps and answered all our questions. Very responsive and even though I know she was working with other clients, she gave us so much of her time that it felt like we were her only client
