Simply the best! Marita is extremely knowledgeable, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment she walked in to my Moms long time-time home it was obvious that she had done her homework and was very well prepared. She gave us expert advice and we had several excellent offers to choose from within a week and accepted an offer that was over the list price. She is diligent and hard working and was very responsive throughout the process. In addition, she was very caring and compassionate toward my Mom who was selling the home that she had lived in for 66-years. It was bittersweet for her and Marita sensed that and handled the situation with warmth and kindness. We cant overstate the appreciation we have for her efforts.

Wonderful and extremely market savvy on current market trends. I could not have asked for better. Highly recommended by former clients and those recommendations were spot on. My house sold in 10 days for more than asking price in a volatile market with interest rates rising. Marita uses all aspects of her marketing skills to the highest degree with outstanding quality to allow consumers to visualize my home. Absolutely wonderful experience working with Marita Corkill! Highly recommend her and her team!! Selling your home can be a scary experience! You start with the highest hopes for a positive outcome, but it doesnt always end up how you planned! In our case, working with Marita, was way beyond of highest hopes! She listened!! We were moving an hour and half away from the house we were listing and we had concerns about being that far away and having the house listed. The market was changing rapidly so time was of the essence to get it listed and hopefully sold. She took charge and handled so many things for us because we were a ways away! When we received offers, she was knowledgeable and guided us on what offers we should consider and what ones we should reject, and why! We took her advise and ended up with an excellent offer that exceeded our expectations and we were able to close quickly. I would highly recommend her and would absolutely use her again in a New York minute, if the opportunity presented itself!

Marita Rocks! First, she is the best human being around, very honest and hard working. The sellers we were buying from were not the easiest to work with, throwing up curveball after curveball after terms had already been agreed upon. Marita was dogged in making sure we got what was agreed to. Marita also stepped in when our financing ran into trouble, finding another option that worked out perfectly. She will always be in your corner throughout the process, making sure her and her great team stay in constant communication throughout the process. We have at least one more move coming up for a family member and she will be the first and only person we call. Shes The GOAT!
