Marilyn Joyce was absolutely wonderful, attentive, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of selling our home. She made sure our home was staged and photographed beautifully. Walk throughs were organized and orderly. Open house was well advertised and we had a great turn out. Within the first day of being on the market we had offers. With each offer she would call and review so we were well informed on which offer would be best for us to proceed with. Her communication is second to none! I highly recommend Marilyn Joyce. She will go above and beyond to help.

Not all cooperating agents are the same! As a seasoned agent, I’ve seen my fair share of agents who are motivated simply by money (doing the bare minimum for their clients), power (fighting to fight even though their client wasn’t even asked about whatever the power trio was about), or several simply didn’t care or know enough to do things right (with some being outright unresponsive).I worked with Marilyn on a transaction that had its challenges. Both our clients were good people with the common goal of closing on time. With the challenge (low appraisal and a few other items) Marilyn worked hard to find a meeting of the minds between both parties. She took the time to educate me on something I hadn’t encountered (regarding solar panels), and she was always responsive and respectful. Sadly this experience doesn’t happen often enough and hope to work with her again in the future.

Ive lived in Liberty Hill TX for 42 years. When I decided to move I was so very lucky and blessed to have found .Marilyn Joyce as my Realtor. Each time she came across a house that she thought I would like to see no matter the day or hours, she accommodated me. I havent been the easiest client for her to deal with, but she handled herself with grace and professionalism. I would and have recommended her to friends that are thinking about moving that direction. She is a true asset to the company and if i move again,,,shes the person Im calling.
