Working with Marie Perales was such a pleasure! I was looking for a real estate agent to buy my first home and I found out about Marie through previous friends who highly recommended her. Marie was very dedicated, professional and knowledgeable since the beginning. She was extremely helpful in guiding me and answering all of the questions I had. Marie works great with military families. Our family recently purchased our new home in Del Rio,TX. Marie has patiently been working with us over the past year and half to find the perfect home to raise our family in. We moved here from Detroit, Michigan. We coordinated our trips down with Marie so she was able to capitalize on scheduling viewing at desirable home options. She was attentive to our wish list items and our must haves. She was amazing and understanding. Helped me even though I was out of town while at training session for work. She helped me and talked to my mother as someone who could help make decisions while I was out of town. Also despite the time difference between mine and hers she worked around it.

We had a very subpar experience as first time home buyers, so to say that we were apprehensive about selling our home would be an understatement. But what sold me on Ms. Perales was her knowledge and professionalism from our very first meeting with her. She encouraged and welcomed all of our questions and guided us throughout the entire process from start to finish. We felt like she was working for us and not just in it to make a sale. Furthermore, she was patient and responsive, which was very much appreciated since we were remote while selling our home. If youre looking for a realtor, I can sincerely say end your search.
