I was referred to Mariam as a fellow Holistic Realtor who could mentor me in Mold, and I can’t thank her enough for the knowledge and expertise she’s shared with me. I couldn’t do this process without Miriam. No way. We lost our 5 year old house, to mold, last year. I was bedridden from it. It’s been a year of healing and finally came time to find a new home. This is not the exciting and happy experience I’ve had in the past, with buying a new home. This is scary and it’s a rollercoaster of emotions, but with having Miriam on our side, guiding us, educating us, and knowing that she understands the seriousness of mold and creating a healthy home, I feel confident that we will be better equipped to take care of any issue that may arise with this house. It’s been a long time since I have had hope when it comes to finding a house that is safe for my family, even new builds can have serious errors. To find a realtor who is mold literate and genuinely cares about their clients is exceedingly rare - and Mariam does that and more. She is so kind, so caring, and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are getting a healthy home. She helps point out flaws and issues as you walk the properties, and even before as she pulled the Sellers Disclosures for us prior to even visiting most of the homes - something realtors SHOULD do but most dont. Shes not just there to talk about pretty countertops or sell us on aesthetics that dont matter - she has a deep knowledge of building science and wants to ensure her clients understand the issues they may be inheriting and what that means for their health, safety, and wallet. She is a true fiduciary and has helped both my mother and me, and not once did we feel any pressure to move forward on something that wasnt quite right. Ive never had such a positive experience with a realtor before, she is one of the very top 1% that are worth their weight in gold.
