Maria helped us with the sell of our home and the purchase of our new one, she deserves a top realtor award with all the work she put it! It was definitely not an easy process but I never doubted her ability to make everything work out in the end. She would stop whatever she was doing just to help us when we needed her, she knew how much we wanted our dream home and nothing would stop her from getting it for us. I 100% recommend her, I honestly dont think we would be in our dream home if we had any other realtor, so I will forever be thankful for her. Maria is truly an excellent realtor, we were extremely happy with her! We had some unique needs and circumstances and she was very knowledgeable about how to deal with those things and provided a very smooth and satisfactory service to us. We would definitely use her again! She is an excellent communicator, knows the market really well, and is just exactly what a realtor should be. We moved to Texas from Arizona, and at first we were using a different realtor, but after 2 months of looking and lots of poor communication and frustrations and not being shown what we were looking for, we finally decided to get a different realtor, and thats when we talked with Maria...a completely different experience! Clear and good communication, no frustrations, she took care of exactly what we needed and were looking for, and all in a hassle-free manner, such a breath of fresh air! And within only a few days we found a house we loved and was perfect for us, made an offer that was accepted, and subsequently closed on that house. Everything was just so smooth. Maria is very trustworthy and good at what she does, we cant thank her enough!! Extremely happy customers!! Highest recommendation.

Maria is the absolute best realtor around. From the buying and selling side. We came across a house we loved and gave her a call. She was able to point us to the most amazing financial team to get us approved for purchase. She also worked with the builder for the many changes we wanted to do. Once the ball was rolling on the purchase side she helped us sell our home. Maria turned a stressful situation into a easy process. I was so anxious and she said “just trust me” and I did just that. She listed our house and it sold in just three days ( being there was an ice storm.) our house went above asking price and full wavier. Maria negotiated with the buyer when things came up and really fought for us to have the best outcome. I can’t say how happy and grateful we were to have worked with Maria. I cannot give Maria enough stars. When I say she is the best, I mean it with my whole heart. She goes above and beyond for her clients. During the sale of my home there were times when I wanted to give up and she kept going, she never stopped working for me and kept me going. I had legal issues arise during the sale of my home; she walked me though everything. Most importantly she got us CLOSED! I could not have gotten this done without her. I believe any other realtor would have given up on me, not Maria, she saved me and my sanity. I love her so much; I constantly say she is my favorite person in the world. she is so amazing. I just cannot praise her enough.

Not only was she able to answer every single one of our questions, she always responded right back. We went into the home buying experience with no knowledge. We had just a few weeks to find a house and move in and she found us the most amazing house that was within our price range! Maria was a Godsend! My first realtor created a huge mess for me with lack of communication with me and the builder. It was so awful that the builder was just going to put my house on the market for someone else to buy. I fired my realtor and prayed for a miracle. God sent me Maria! She jumped right in and was able to straighten things out with the builder. My current home was sold in 4 days and she convinced the builder that things were getting done. Maria was always available, always kind, always patient, always answered questions, always communicated all important information, and got the job done! You guys. Last year my boyfriend and I vacationed to Temple with the possibility of transferring for his job. At that point, we had NO intention of buying a home. We called Maria, told her this, and she still took us around ON A SATURDAY to look at upcoming neighborhoods and to check out some builder designs. We saw some beautiful homes and got a really good feel for the area.A whole year later, our transfer was set. We reached out again (from 5 states away) to see if she could help.
