We are a religious organization based in Mississippi who needed to sell a property we owned in Alamo. It was an older mobile home on a small lot so the sales price was relatively small thus the commission wasn’t all that much. The fact that the protest was owned by an out of state non profit religious organization as well as several other factors made the sell somewhat complicated but Margiee handled everything with expertise and professionalism. We had a very successful and profitable transaction. I am a real estate broker and office manager of a brokerage in Mississippi so I like to think I know a good realtor when I see one, and Margiee is one.

We contacted Margiee on a whim looking for a possible move back to Texas from Florida where we spent the last 11 years. We found a handful of properties to look at.Margiee took our handful and ran with it. There was one property in particular that we were really intrigued with. This turned out to be the hardest house we ever purchased. The sellers were an estate with lawyers and disagreements on what kind of financing they would accept. We tried VA. We tried cash. We tried creative financing. We finally settled on conventional.Now enter Margiee. She was dogged in her communication they the seller’s agent. It was difficult to get responses because the sellers were in Canada. And there we many parties involved. Margiee never gave up. We even gave up once and decided it wasn’t going to happen. Margiee convinced us to hang in there. Everything came together and we are in our new 3700 sq foot castle both living and loving it.Margie was on top of everything from the start. To us, the most important thing an agent can do is listen. We will tell you what we want. While Margiee did show us homes that she picked also, she was always mindful of what WE wanted. Give that girl five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. She earned it.
