Lysa Saavedra was a tremendous resource to me when we bought a condo in Austin. She was very good about listening to our needs and then locating properties that met our requirements. We narrowed it down to 2 and she used that leverage to negotiate a much better price for us! The condo was for my daughter and roommates during college. Lysa prepared rental agreements, worked with the property management, and assisted with multiple documents that were out of my wheelhouse: HUD statements, Master Insurance policy for the building, ECAD audit document, HOA nonsense, and much more….when it came time to sell several years later, she prepped the unit for show and sold it for asking price w/i 2 weeks! We could not be happier - Lysa will always be my Realtor!
