Louise is an AWESOME realtor! She is professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and super helpful. It was a VERY LONG process to get our house ready to sell and Louise hung in there with us for well over a year. She removed a lot of stress from the entire process. I dont know what we would have done without her!!

Our experience with Louise was outstanding. Louise is an East Dallas expert & knew exactly what was needed to get top dollar for our home. We not only had multiple offers in the first weekend, but we closed within 30 days. In preparation to sell our home, Louise made staging recommendations inside & outside the home, added fresh flowers to several areas, and added personal touches throughout the home to make each home tour special & exciting. Buying & selling a home can be very stressful & difficult, Louise made the process comfortable with her open communication & 10 plus years of industry knowledge. If we ever have to buy/sell a home, we know who we will be calling.

I cannot say enough about Louise! The timing of our home purchase conflicted with work travel obligations. Not only were we out of town when we submitted our offer, but we were also out of town for all of our inspections (there were several because our home is 100 years old). Louise showed up and represented us and our best interest for every single one of them. Even after the purchase, Louise has continued to impress us with her renovation recommendations. All have been professional and have provided exceptional service. Louise is a gem of a person - we would not be in our home today if it were not for her. I 100% recommend Louise and would a million times over.

Pleasantly persistent: Louise earned our business through her pleasant persistence. We are associated with multiple realtors and none showed the persistence of Louise. It was clear that she could appreciate what a difficult decision it can be to decide to make the huge step of selling your home. She was patient but consistent with her “check ins” to see if we were ready yet.
