I had a great experience working with Liz. Selling this house was bittersweet as it was my childhood home and my dad recently passed away from cancer. Liz was sensitive to all of the emotions that went along with selling the house, while also keeping things moving forward. I appreciated her advice as we adjusted pricing and negotiated with the buyers. I was really impressed with the way that she constantly supported what I wanted/needed throughout the selling process. She is incredibly communicative and kept me in the loop the entire time. I never doubted that she was constantly working, on my behalf, to bring in the right buyers. Liz is genuinely a wonderful relator but when it comes down to it, she is an incredible person all around! You cant go wrong hiring Liz as your relator.

Liz Freethy was such a pleasure to work with and was always so attentive. Selling a house is such a process and she made everything so simple and really had a great eye for the details. She always made herself available and made sure we understood everything we were signing. She went the extra mile by placing a sellers warranty on our house while it was on the market and that ended up saving us thousands of dollars with some of the issues that came up in the inspection. Liz goes above and beyond for her clients and we will definitely be using her services again when we are ready to purchase a home.
