Kristen Carpentier is the realtor I didn’t realize I needed. I found Kristen through her YouTube channel “Why move to Dallas”. We started communicating months before my actual move date, and she was always available to talk. Once I arrived in the DFW area, Kristen made herself available immediately to start looking at homes. She always gave me an honest assessment of the home, the price, the area, etc. When it came down to negotiating a price on the home I chose, she saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Kristen is a skilled negotiator with a strong grasp of the housing market. She also coordinated the home inspection, foundation expert, roofer, plumber, dealt with the title company, and even assisted with finding people to unload my PODS. If I had a need, she had someone at the ready to address it. After the closing, Kristen still followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly. I did have a situation where the AC system wasn’t working properly, and she immediately called the home warranty company on my behalf. The whole moving process is extremely stressful, and it helps to have someone willing to assist you along the way. You can tell she really has a passion for real estate, and it shows in how she works tirelessly to make sure that your transaction goes smoothly. Kristen is an exceptional realtor, and you’ll benefit greatly from having her on your side.

Kristen is literally the best of the best! We were making a move to Dallas without knowing the state or area well. She helped us narrow down a location that met all of our needs, which was a huge task! She was so patient and helpful. Our two children were tagging along with us for the whole process. She made the process fun for them, which allowed us to actually be able to look at each home. She was so helpful throughout the entire process, even with coordinating timing from selling our previous home and purchasing our new home. Her communication and recommendations were incredible. We all love Kristen and cannot recommend her enough. I am so thankful we found her and that she was able to support us through the biggest transition we have made as a family.

Kristen spent nearly a year helping us move into Texas. She took the time to message and call. When we were able to come into town she made time in her schedule to take us to different locations until we finally decided on a home. Kristen worked tirelessly to help us with this big move. Kristen worked TIRELESSLY to find me the right home. She is quick and responsive and all around such an amazing down to earth person who was able to break down all the crazy jargon and red tape for a first time home buyer like myself. I assure you, the house hunting can be daunting, but Kristen will NOT STOP until you find your perfect home. She also made everything incredibly easy and assisted in getting inspections setup and provided references for whatever I needed. She is a fantastic agent and pleasure to have worked with.
