Mr. Darius has been a true pleasure to work with. My family and I moved to Texas from out of state and were overwhelmed with the move and stress of finding a new home. Darius made everything smooth and stress free in the middle of a pandemic. We absolutely LOVE our new home and neighborhood. He was honest with us and steered us away from bad neighborhoods and suggested safer areas to raise our children. We sincerely appreciated that especially since we were new to the Dallas suburb life. I don’t think I could have selected a better realtor to help me find my new home. Darius is very knowledgeable in real estate, the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, and various home buying options. Out of the many times I called Darius, I cannot think of a time he didn’t not answer his phone. I dont think this house buying process would have been as successful without Darius. 1st and foremost thank you for being patient. I can be very demanding at times and you remained professional, and skilled at handling my many personalities lol. We met as strangers but at the end I felt like we were family. Your knowledge of selling homes, Dallas and the surrounding areas is phenomenal.
