Hands down best experience with a real estate agent. We’ve sold/bought 3 times now and every other time it was such a hassle. The agent never did what they said they would or didn’t fight for us hard enough— which was absolutely not the case with Lindsay. She fought so hard for us and we ended up getting so much extra stuff on top of what we wanted. She always did exactly what she said she would do, when she said she would. Most impressed with her knowledge, negotiating skills and her response time. 11/10 would recommend.

Lindsay was knowledgeable and so helpful as we bought our home. Her advice was insightful and she respected our budget and location constraints. I truly felt she had our best interest in mind. She was patient with us as we narrowed down our options. Lindsay was great at communicating with us and the seller’s agent as we worked through details. Our home buying experience was smooth. Home buying with a busy family can be stressful, but Lindsay was so easy to work with and made the process as stress-free as possible!

Lindsay is a customer-focused agent. She is very patient and does a great job making sure her clients are comfortable with understanding the various steps of the process! There can be a lot of stress in buying a home, but she works hard to eliminate most if not all of it.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Lindsay was not only knowledgeable of our neighborhood and the market at that time, but her transparency made us comfortable in what we could feasibly do in the short time frame we gave. Her instincts and “push” not only had our home priced to sell, we had the offer within 24hrs of posting, and from the couple that purchased our home within 48hrs. This could be viewed as a one off, but I can say with confidence there was no way we could have emotionally or physically accomplished such a feat without her. Every detail down to the staging suggestions, photography connections, and even helping us see the perspective of our vicinity to a newer development dictated price and timing to sell. She knows her stuff, and I even reached out to see if she could help me find something in my price range afterward. We found something, and she said it was because of me being realistic, however her transparency and knowledge of the market is why lightning struck twice; I found what I was looking for and could not be more grateful.
