Linda is very driven and it was a pleasure working with her. She’s completely engaged from day 1, detailed oriented and able to pivot to seal the deal. I appreciated her advice and patience in the sale of our home. Her marketing strategy along with Open Houses and the best pictures/videos got us sold in this sluggish market. She is proactive and anticipated every step, needing no prompting because she was always on point. You won’t be disappointed if you make Linda your Realtor! I have to say that our experience with Mrs Treadway was outstanding! In our search for an agent, we couldnt have gotten a better person to see us thru this sale. Her knowledge and expertise in real estate is far beyond what weve encountered in previous buys and sells of homes. Her ability to put you at ease and just let you enjoy the sale is what we needed.
