We will be lifelong clients!Long version:From our first consultation, Lily was a consummate professional and sent us a detailed information packet about the home buying process and what we should expect from her as our realtor. As first time homebuyers, there was a lot that we didn’t know and Lily was an excellent teacher, carefully walking us through each property, telling us what to look for and answering our many questions. She was genuinely invested in helping us find a house despite our financial constraints, even looking for opportunities where we didn’t have to compete in a bidding war.When we did find a house, she very quickly helped us put together a competitive offer letter and with her guidance we were able to get our offer accepted. While we were under contact, she coordinated with our lender, the title company, and independent contractors to inspect and survey the property ASAP since we opted for a 15 day close. She made sure to meet with the inspector on our behalf and relay to us all the pertinent information. She even got her hands dirty and checked some things from the inspection so that we didn’t need to replace them. She was there for us every step of the way, even at closing to make sure all of our questions and concerns were answered.Whether you’re a first time home buyer or an investor Lily is worth every penny and more.
