We told Lesley what we wanted to look at, and she did her own searching as well, and come day of shopping we were disappointed in what we found, and blown away by what she found! We were able to get a great rate and a beautiful home that we thought was out of our reach but all because Lesley was on top of her game and found us an amazing deal. During the process Lesley was just as excited as we were to be purchasing our new home and that kind of enthusiasm is what made this process which I hear to usually be stressful, be a walk in the park! -

Working with Lesley and John did not feel like work at all. Lesleys approach to listing made the process easy and less daunting than I anticipated it might be. Her hunch about the timing of my listing (first week of March 2022) was spot on. Her suggestion for listing price brought in multiple offers over listing price. The few suggestions made to make my home market ready were simple and few. Best of all, the photographer did an amazing job with my house. The pictures were absolutely beautiful!! Lesley is incredible. There are a million realtors that you can choose from. But there is not another person out there that would exceed the amount of time, energy, compassion, and commitment that Lesley has. She fought for us in the toughest real estate market that has ever existed. She was patient, kind, and a master negotiator. Ya’ll- she’s incredibly intelligent and market savvy too. We have purchased many houses in the past, —nothing was more difficult than this market. Many real estate professionals told us it would be impossible. We have a beautiful home to raise our babies in because of her. She (and God 🙌🏻) made that possible. The best thing is, she never ever gave up hope. She never stopped encouraging us and believing in us. If you want someone to be on your side this is your person. She is also someone that you would want represent you. She is well respected, and ethical. She knows real estate contracts. She has reputable and equally respectable points of contact for all the additional things such as lending @Minter Mortgage ❤️. If you want someone to just sell you a house, I’m sure she could do that. But, she truly is so, so much more. We will be forever grateful for her. -
