Lenny was very knowledgeable and helpful in the sale of 2 homes making sure I was informed at all times, he also came by showing me what could help improve the sales.Lenny on several occasions offered to help do repairs haul off items, I could ask but Lenny is almost like a brother very kind and made sure my wife and I was kept updated. It was a real pleasure to work with Lenny and he will be the first person I call if I need anything.

So happy to had Lenny as realtor during our house hunting. He narrowed down houses that fitted our requirements including future value as investment too!. I liked the way he shared his toughs including ups/downs of the properties. Always available for questions. Even after the closing process he is there available for any question regarding house. When I had my house on the market FSBO, EXP called me and said that they could send over a realtor to talk to me about listing and if I didn’t like what they had to say, then I could pass and keep trying my way. Welcome… Lenny. He showed up with the neighborhood comps and comparisons and knew his facts to a T. After listening to him, I had full confidence in his ability and less in mine! So he listed our house. Within a week we had three offers at full price. Lenny walked us through every scenario and what would be best for us in our situation. I think all parties walked away happy. I would highly recommend Lenny as a realtor. His expertise, years of experience and no nonsense approach are very helpful. Great realtor!!! Lenny will probably be the only realtor I will ever work with again, not only did he sell my home, but he kept me updated on what was going. We had a great experience with Lenny! We had a fast paced, work-related move from Houston. To start, Lenny hosted several FaceTime showings remotely ahead of our house hunting trip, which helped us understand the area and the market. For our trip to Midland, he thoroughly prepared to show us many options. He was helpful about the area and market, and also honest - not telling us what we wanted to hear, but what we needed to hear! As difficult as it is to be remote and coordinate a move, he was invaluable in lining up inspections and other services. Even since we’ve moved in, he has been a great resource for contacts as we start new projects.

If you are looking for a realtor Lenny Carley is your man. When I was transfered with my company from Williston ND to Odessa my wife was looking at houses for sale on the internet while I was flying down for a week to see the operations. Some how she got on the phone with Lenny (Gods hands at work). She called me after talking to him and said she had a good feeling about him and that I should call him. When I called we talked abit and he offered to come pick me up from my hotel and go look at some houses my wife had mentioned just to get a feel for what we were looking for. He picked me up drove me around to several places and we git to know each other more while we did. I will say I felt really good dealing with him, he wasnt pushy and seemed like he genuinely caring more about getting to know us than pushing houses on us. During our ride he offered to come back and take me to the airport the next day for my flight. He said if the Wife and I made a trip back looks at houses he would pick us up at airport and take us around more. I lready had transportation to airport and thanked him for the offer. We found one house online while back in ND and he went over and did a video walk through for us. Once down here he took us looking on several different days I know we were picky and back and forth on New or pre-owned but he never took it wrong and worked till we hade what we wanted. A few months after we had been in our new house he came by to see how we were doing. He has alway had good advise after the sale was over on where to go for whatever we needed. We had friends that were moving here from ND and asked who we used we sent them to Lenny with High praises and per our friends he went above and beyond our expectations and theirs. Lenny is as fine a person you could ask to meet and just as good as a realtor. I highly recommend him if you need help buying or selling a house. Lenny you the Man. He really listened while we told him about our needs and he came shining through with property that was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our dogs and other possessions.
