Savannah is a really great real estate agent she has been so patient and kind and helped me sell my home. I had it listed with another agent before her and it never sold she came in and just changed everything.. She is a very positive person and knows how to do her job. She helped me out so much with the house

Savannah is an extraordinary realtor! She helped us on an Estate property sale, which was complicated by both dong distance and Estate issues. Throughout the process, Savannah and her team were experts at marketing and showing the property. She was always prompt to answer any questions, and a truly caring person! Savannah is very knowledgeable about Brenham, and was incredibly helpful to us in cleaning out the house and barn. I give Savannah the highest recommendation, and was so thankful to work with her as our realtor!

Why I started my review with this statement is to show we didnt have a lot of experience in shopping for a home. And because of Savannah Gutierrez’s experience, she quickly understood what we were looking for in a home, even though at times we were unsure. She provided the knowledge and eyes for detail for challenges on a home as well as benefits to help us decide on the right home for us. It was definitely a process of which Savannah is good at. We appreciated Savannahs skills and knowledge to help us find our forever home.We just love her.
