If youre a first time homebuyer and you want to feel prepared and like you got somebody firmly on your team, then this is your Realtor. LV is knowledgeable, focused, and professional. She had clear and well communicated information at every step. No part of buying our house was a surprise and on the post-buy side of it, I think thats really saying something. I cannot and will not be able to recommend her enough.

She has it down to a science with a team of professionals from credit specialists to lenders. She is very knowledgeable about the VA process due to her being a Disabled Veteran herself. She got it done and got it done the right way.

I used Lavenia in 2020 to sell my home and I used her again in 2024 when I purchased another home. In todays market you want the best working for you to ensure your interests are represented. LV has a plethora of knowledge. She represents each client individually. She sees you, hears your concerns, needs and wants. Most importantly, LV treats each client as a extended member of her growing family. You are NOT just a commission to her. If Lavenia cant help you its not because she hasnt exhausted every resource in her arsenal its possible it cant be accomplished AT THAT TIME due to the situation or circumstances. Keep an open mind for things that can be done before you move in or after you close.The best gift you could give a Realtor is a referral. I’ve purchased three homes with pretty solid realtor/lender teams but never have I ever….[pause for effect] had an experience like the one with LV. I feel like she was just as invested as we were in our purchase. She’s extremely personable but she will fight for you to get all the bang for your buck. This is the first time I feel like I got everything I wanted in a home. IF there was anything we didn’t get I’m at peace with it because I know the effort was there! Professionalism aside, LV comes off as a genuine and happy person. We never lost sight of the end goal during our experience. I honestly can’t say thank you enough. Super happy with the home but I’ll always have the story of my experience with LV and that’s the cherry on top.

Lavenia was amazing I wish there was a 6th star for her review. Going above and beyond would be an understatement considering what she did for our family. From the start Lavenia would send me alert emails from homes before they even showed on the market for Zillow, Realtor, etc. Soon as we found the one we spotted she was quick for a showing and to get an offer submitting. Prior to that, I had a falling out with my lender. I spent 3 weeks with this lender and it was close to our closing date. She was able to point me in the right direction for a new lender who closed for us in less than 2 weeks! It was such a relief at that point. Throughout the way she was amazing with communication and keeping me in the loop of the homebuying process. This was my first home purchased and could not have done it without her! I will recommend Lavenia to everyone I know looking for a home in San Antonio :)

LV was hands down the best realtor I’ve ever had. Not only did she save us several times during negotiations and repairs, but she was so on-top of everything that even when there were “problems,” she was often informing me with the solution already available, or in place. She knew the ins and outs of the loans we were working with during the sale of our home and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She was incredibly organized during every chaotic thing we handled and you can tell she is on “your side” for the entire process. She kept us well informed every step of the way and I was never left wondering during any point of the house sale. She was VERY well versed in VA loans, appraisal comps, and the housing market. I cannot say enough about my experience with Lavenia! Throughout our entire process she was professional, beyond knowledgeable, and helpful in areas well beyond her expertise! She will thoroughly explain the process along with all of your options. She has the capability to answer any and all questions you may have and if she cannot, she goes above and beyond to get the information you need! My family and I had several issues with our builder and she made sure every issue was rectified sometimes, getting us more than what was asked! Lavenia felt like family throughout our process. She never came across as someone who just wanted a sell and/or just wanted to put you in the first few homes found. She will get you into the home that meets all of your needs rather temporary or long term! She will not walk away from you once you are in your home. You can count on her to continue to support you and give you answers! I definitely recommend her rather you’re a first time home buyer or a seasoned buyer!

Lavenia was amazing!!! We started our journey of becoming homeowners in January and closed on the one we loved in May. Lavenia was with us every step of the way! No matter what time of day or night, she made herself available to us! My husband and I didn’t have any knowledge on buying a house. We went through 3 realtors before we found her. It was the best decision we made! She is caring and understanding and looks out for you! Lavenia made sure we understood everything! Sometimes you can tell when a Realtor is just in it for the money. This was not the case with her. Although she had other cases… she made us feel like a priority! She made the process so much easier! We love our home and if we decide to buy another, we are definitely using Lavenia! She is God sent!

I wasnt aware that realtors assisted clients in finding rentals, not only did Lavenia inform me of this, she treated me and my family like more than just clients. She was always available and transparent and worked with us through some stressful times moving from California to Texas.
