Lauren was the listing agent and I represented the buyer on a recent sale. Lauren was an outstanding agent on the other side of the deal. She had excellent communication with us, took good care of the listing while the client lived in another state, and worked with us in every way to get to the closing table efficiently and with a win-win for both of our clients. We found Lauren by chance at an open house and we were so lucky. She is absolutely fantastic! She worked with us in a crazy market and was always able to make herself available around our busy schedule. She used her network to find a perfect house for us before it hit the market! She was attentive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, not to mention super sweet. We loved working with her and highly recommend!

Lauren Wheat was so helpful in our process of renting a house. With time running out with the short notice that I had to move, the clock was ticking. Every house that caught our attention, she was always ready to meet us there at a given notice. She was very consistent on talking with the other realtors and landlords. She never stopped sending emails to them to answer all my questions that I had. Knowing now that I can buy a house, our next big move will be buying by next year and Lauren will definitely be helping us out on that. Blessed to have her on my side.
