Lauren has now helped me with 3 real estate transactions and each time working with her has been spectacular! Whether buying or selling, you can take comfort in knowing that she will have you covered. With my most recent purchase it was a big benefit having her in my corner since I was purchasing from out of state. She helped set up inspections and was able to meet the vendors in person on my behalf. It took a lot of stress out of the situation. Shes very responsive, answers all questions and give you an honest assessment. I cant recommend Lauren enough and she is always my first call when needing a realtor!

Lauren was a delight to work with! She gave us several great tips on how to stage our home that we never would have thought of - where we needed some art, fresh flowers, fresh baked goodies in the kitchen, which scent to have throughout the home. Cannot recommend Lauren enough! We moved to Dallas from out of state and did not know the area well before looking for a house, which could have easily been a stressful process. However, Lauren took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and narrow down our search. She suggested the neighborhood we wound up buying in and it has been a perfect fit. Lauren also knew how to write our offer and make it stand out in this intensely competitive market. Buying a house can be hard, y’all. Selling one during covid can be harder. Luckily we had Lauren to help us with both. When we were looking, she listened to exactly what we wanted and showed us those. When we changed our mind just a little, she pivoted with ease. After we found the perfect house, she helped us get ours ready to sell. She gave us some ideas to get it market ready and it worked.
