We absolutely love Laura! We used her for buying and selling our house in Orange and she did not disappoint. Not only is she an incredible agent who had our back throughout the entire process, she’s a great person with a big heart. As dog lovers ourselves, we instantly fell in love with her drive to rescue dogs. I would use her every single time if we didn’t move so far away. Oh, and she gives great closing gifts 🫶

“I am determined to find you a house” she said.Well, when you are trying to find a cheap house, like $60K, you usually get cheap, tacky people as sellers. And you don’t get much attention from the typical realtor either. After about four other realtors who pretty much abandoned me, I met Laura. For several months, we looked for a house for James. There were different contracts and different situations, until I finally found a place that suited me. I got a signed contract…except seller balked at the last minute over a frivolous repair issue. Maybe he changed his mind, or had another contract that fell through, but since the lender wouldn’t approve the condition, I had to drop the deal and lose the appraisal fee. A couple of weeks passed, and the house was still for sale, so we turned in the same offer again, since the repairs were now known on the paid-for list. The seller signed and then claimed to have done all the repairs, and I had to pay $200 for the appraiser’s verification of said list. Aaaaand the list wasn’t complete!! So perhaps I shouldn’t have, but I paid for verification round two (that’s 2.) ??? Not to forget that the original appraisal that took weeks too long, but the deal finally closed. Of course, the house currently has an address different than all the paperwork. (More mysteries???) I prefer dealing with rational people, and Laura helped me through all this. For a $60K house. Which shows her strength and character. At least it does for me anyway.

Ive worked with many realtors, but I wish they were all more like Laura. She defines customer services, going above and beyond without even being asked. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she brought be options and insight! The result was the purchase of a home that was more than I expected for less than I expected to have to pay. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!
