Lashambra made purchasing my first home so easy! Shes very attentive and learns her Clients Likes and dislikes when it comes to what theyre looking for .. She knew based off my facial expressions if it was a go or a no.. With that being said that just shows how compassionate and in tune she is with her clients, its not just another House Sold for her, shes going to make sure your process is smooth from beginning to end with a smile on her face the whole time!

LaShambra was excellent and exceeded my expectations. This was my first home purchase. She held my hand every step of the way. It took over a year for me to find a home within my budget and in my preferred location. She was always very responsive and answered all my questions. She was an asset during negotiations. I appreciated her analytical skills, and the research she provided regarding the properties. She also super patient with me. LaShambra, also, keyed me in on items, I didn’t even consider. Working with LaShambra to purchase our first house was a breeze! Not knowing what to expect with our first home purchase, LaShambra took time to explain everything so that we understood what was happening and what was to come. She was always willing to go above and beyond to find what we wanted with our many requests and even drove almost 2 hours out of her way to show us something she knew we would like! She was patient and caring and I would like to stress the patience she extended to us because we were an anxious mess! In the end she sold us our first home and we loved it! She made it so easy we decided to use her services to sell that very house years later in record time! We love LaShambra and highly recommend her services if you’re in the market to buy, sell or rent!! Hands down, the best in the biz!

LaShambra Ewing is an amazing realtor! LaShambra will help you find the home of your dreams and shes so pleasant to work with! LaShambra goes above and beyond for her clients and really takes the time to really get to know you, your family, and what youre looking for in your dream home. LaShambra is professional, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable on real estate and the process of buying new home. She advocates for her clients and makes suggestions and/or recommendations that are in the best interest of her clients and not just trying to make a sale. We worked with LaShambra for about a year before we bought our home and she really got to know what we were looking for in our dream home; she listened to both my husband and my wants/needs in a home. The day she found our home, she emailed it to us that morning and followed up with call in case we were not able to check email right way and said I found it! She met us for lunch that same day to see home and we fell in love with it and she had contract submitted by 5pm that same day and that was it! LaShambra found us our dream home! Now on personal note, again LaShambra not only goes above and beyond for her clients and shes not only an amazing realtor but an amazing person with a heart of gold; she truly cares about her clients and does not think of them as just clients but as family and friends. While we were in the process of buying our home, my mother was terminally ill and we didnt know how much time we had left and we really wanted to surprise my mom with showing her the home we were in the process of buying. I spoke with LaShambra the day before mothers day and she suggested showing my mom the house on mothers day. LaShambra voluntarily took time away from her family on mothers day to show my terminally ill mother the home we were in process of buying and it was all her idea. This meant the world to my mom and me and I will never forget all that LaShambra did to make our dream home a reality and showing my mother our new home before she passed. Lashambra was a God-send to our family. I gave her a budget that I was comfortable with and she worked hard to find us a home that was perfect for our family. She walked us through the entire home buying process from start to finish. She takes every family personal and works extremely hard to make sure her clients are satisfied with such a huge purchase. She listened to our needs with such great detail, that at the closing of our home, she got us a gift that was exactly what we needed to make our new house a home. Lashambra fought for me to get the best deal possible and was able to get builder incentives included. Even after I purchased my home, Lashambra continued to check in and answer questions. If I could give her 6 stars I would.
